Yes! RealtyIQ is a one-time purchase with no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no in-app purchases. All features are included from day one.
Does RealtyIQ work offline?
Absolutely. All calculations and reports are generated locally on your device. No internet connection is required to use any feature.
Is my data secure?
All your data is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your property data or personal information.
How many properties can I save?
There is no limit. Save as many property analyses as you want. Organize them, compare them, and review them anytime.
What calculators are included?
RealtyIQ includes three calculators: Property Analysis (Cap Rate, NOI, DSCR, etc.), Rental & Airbnb Calculator (cash flow, profit margins), and Rehab/Flip Analyzer (ROI, renovation tracking, ARV estimates).
Can I share reports?
Yes. You can generate professional HTML reports and share them with partners, lenders, or save them for your records.
Is the analysis reliable?
RealtyIQ uses industry-standard formulas for all calculations. However, the results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where you made the purchase, as they handle all payment processing.
