By downloading, installing, and using the RealtyIQ application ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this App.
RealtyIQ is a real estate investment analysis tool that provides property calculators, rental analysis, rehab/flip analysis, and professional report generation. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only.
The calculations, analyses, and reports generated by RealtyIQ are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any investment decisions made based on information provided by this App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
RealtyIQ is available as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store. We do not process payments directly.
All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any user data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all calculations, we do not guarantee that the results are error-free. Users should independently verify all calculations before making financial decisions.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of BTB1 Global and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall BTB1 Global, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
